MUST HAVE PRODUCTS AND TECHNIQUES TO CREATE THE MOST LUXURIOUS DEWY SKIN.

First I prep the skin with Heritage Store Lavender Water and Glycerin Spray. This locks in moisture and gives a natural glow. Allow time for the product to absorb into the skin. In the meantime you can moisturize the lips.

Prime the skin with MAC Prep and Prime Moisture Infusion for light weight hydration that won’t cause your foundation to slip. Use your hands to gently press the serum into the skin.

To create luxe velvety with a natural coverage I utilize MAC Face and Body Foundation and where I need a bit more coverage I mix in MAC Studio Fix Fluid. I prefer to use a synthetic brush to apply these foundations. A MAC 127S brush is my MVP when it comes to creating the perfect photo ready skin. This brush features 50/50 split fibers. Start by applying the foundation with one side of the brush and use the other side to blend and diffuse the product effortlessly.

Next I utilize MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Powders to lightly set the makeup (preferably with a fluffy brush like the MAC 150S Powder Brush). I typically will use at least three different color powders to set the face. When you use light, medium, and deep powders relative to the skin tone of your client you keep the natural highlights and contours of the face intact. This will give you the smoothest transition of color possible.

Finish the skin by adding dimension, color, and sheen with bronzer, blush, and highlighter. Because the skin has been previously set with a light application of powder it allows for a more effortless build and blend of color saturation and intensity of the dimensional products.

The last step is finishing spray. Heritage Store Lavender Water and Glycerin Spray will give an ultra dewy sheen, MAC Fix + Spray will give a natural glow, and MAC Fix + Spray Matte will give a controlled satin finish (ideal for oily skin types)
